I've never designed a T-shirt all on my own and Merchly made the whole process simple and affordable. My shirts arrived a few days earlier than promised. I LOVE the quality and will definitely use your services again.

First experience. Exceeded expectations. Of course, I tend to be skeptical. Excellent communications from support during process and very fine quality - great-looking product at a more-than-fair price. It was price that brought me to you. Quality of support and of product will bring me back (but please keep the prices low). A couple quibbles: 1) the order template not clear as when ordering one color and following directions to delete background I ended up with a two color order. Support fixed this but the online template should be better. 2) the online template in the flow I was in did not make clear there was an upcharge for xxl. It worked out and I was willing to pay the upcharge, but I should not have been surprised. 3) haven’t begun selling yet but been wearing one and after some days, the thread holding the end of one sleeve started to unravel. Well done so it’s stitched in a way that when I cut it it did not continue, but still a QC issue. That said, offered for your improvement efforts, I am very satisfied with quality and price and impressed with support responsiveness. I’ll be back. Alan

Excellent service and work.

I purchase some T-shirts based on one of the specials offered. I already had a design, but I was pleasantly surprised that the web application allowed me to upload and make appropriate edits to get to one color. The color I ordered was out of stock for one size, and wasn't due to be restocked in time for the event we were planning for. But I was notified by a real person, got to talk to that person to select a different color. All was well. I was concerned that the colors I saw online would not be true to life, but when I received the shirts, the color was pretty close. I've personally worn and washed and worn one of these shirts myself and am very happy with the quality of both the T-shirt and the printing. Thank you Merchly!
