Our relationship started out kinda rough, they missed the production date promised and then had shipping issues. Working with John, we were able figure out the production issues and they worked hard to make it right. I will be ordering from them again as it says a lot that they owned the mistake and made it right.

This is my fourth order with Merchly. I have had great experience in the past but this last order took nearly a month to get. It didn't ship until about a week and a half after the estimated delivery date. When I called to find out what was going on I was told it would be looked into and they would call me back but I never recieved a call back. I called to check on it again the next day and was told the production department made an error and that was why it was late but he was still unsure of the ship date. I was again told he would call me back and let me know but did not get a call back. Two days later they shipped and are supposed to be arriving tomorrow.

Hi Nathan, So sorry your shipment was delayed as much as it was! During these difficult times, we have certainly hit a few bumps in the road with adapting our production capability account for social distancing and PPE recommendations as well as office staff working from home, and sometimes we cannot be as responsive as we would like and orders have been are delayed. We certainly appreciate your business, and I'm sure your next order will go a lot smoother!
