I've always been a Bank of America customer
I've always been a Bank of America customer, so this experience caught me completely off guard. Recently, I noticed a small but unfamiliar transaction on my credit card. Although the amount was small, it still caught my attention. I tried to check the details through the bank's app, but the transaction information was vague and lacked a clear explanation of its purpose. I thought a phone call would clarify things. However, I was too optimistic. The automated voice system drove me around in circles for a full 25 minutes. Every option seemed to lead me back to another menu, and getting to a live agent seemed impossible. What should have been a simple problem turned into an argument with the voice assistant—it was infuriating. Finally, I requested a callback, and thankfully, they did. The customer service representative who answered was polite, patient, and clearly understood my problem. Once I got to a live agent, things moved quickly; they explained the transaction and resolved the issue for me.
