Huge selection of products at very fair pricing and fast free shipping. They used to send three free samples with every order. But my last two orders they didn't send anything free. Overall good experience.

The product was exceptional. The packaging was secure. I tried to call customer service a number of times for tracking information and never got a response. I emailed customer service and got a very helpful and professional response, though.

I always order my Headblade supplies from Men's Direct because of the free shipping. This time the shipping was extremely quick and the items were discounted because of the Labor Day sale. I only gave them 4 stars because recently they seem to be "out of stock" on the Head Slick shave cream each time I check. Good quality items, always.

I have enjoyed doing business with Men's Direct and they are my retailer of choice for grooming products, but I do wish they would make some minor improvements that would make the experience top notch. First, let me comment on the good: regular prices are fair (about the same as all others), sales are pretty good and offered frequently (that's what draws me in), and free shipping is great and not difficult to qualify. Now for the needs improvement stuff: 1.) Promotions offered by manufacturers rarely change, so you hardly get to try anything you haven't tried before; 2.) Free samples - It's always the same samples over and over, and some of them aren't even worth trying (like Billy Jealousy shave gel...and I swear they will give me 2 of those every time!); 3.) Clearance - Clearance items never seem to change and nothing awesome is ever deeply discounted; Web Site - Web site is okay for the most part, and functions fine...it could be enhanced and easier to compare similar products. Sometimes the names make you wonder if product a is similar to product b??? Men's Direct should help us poor guys out with stuff like that...they are the experts. Also, items that are out of stock are not always accurate.

I really liked the Parker 92r razor fitted with Gillette silver blue blades. I would like to have seen Men's Direct have more options for blades as I had to purchase my desired brand of blades through another distributor. The razor is great, the delivery time was great, and the price was very competitive.
