I ordered a pair of Mezlan Quevedo Crocodile Sneaker Blue / Jean (50063-F) and they are a wearable work of art and of the highest quality as I expected from Mezlan, but as impressed as I was by the product I was more impressed by the service. I called to inquire about the purchase and something on my end that was a hold up and I was able to immediately speak with a live human being, no voice jail, no chatbot. He resolved the issue immediately while I was on the phone, and had my shoes to me the next day. Exceptional in every way!

Stephen was extremely helpful in guiding me through the searching process...he really knows the shoes!!! Also, MensDesignerShoe has some great sales discounts too!

I have purchased shoes from MensDesignerShoes over several years, and love it. If the shoe didn't fit, returns were easy. If a certain shoe wasn't available in my size, I received a personal a recommendation on another shoe that met my needs. So, you have great selections, easy returns and an owner who personally communicates with you. A real rarity from an online service. Like going to your local store.

MensDesignerShoe goes out of their way to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchases!! I can't thank Stephen Clark enough for his consistent communication throughout the exchange process and delivery through inclement weather. Best selection of top-rated international shoes and assessories!

They do not provide a return label if shoes don't fit. Customer service rep argued with me when I stated my dissatisfaction in the on line company that makes the customer pay Shipping if shoe doesn't fit. The rep hung up on me. I have a 350 dollar pair of shoes that don't fit and no knowledge of how to return them. Very shady business!!!!!

I wanted to buy my husband some really nice shoes and ordered them from Men’s Designer Shoes. There were some issues that I had and needed to return them, the whole process was extremely smooth. They got back to me in a timely manner, and kept in correspondence with me till everything was settled. I was very grateful for their care and ability to work with me. Thank you Stephen! The quality of these shoes are absolutely gorgeous and made so well. We love them. I feel like there are few things guys can accessorize with and shoes are one of them, thanks to amazing designer shoes places like this.
