Buyer beware
Did not have a good experience with this company. Ordered a belt online to go with a pair of shoes. Arrived as a different color than was on their website. The same belt on the Nordstrom website is the accurate color. When I returned I asked if they would refund my $16.50 charge for shipping. They declined saying that was just the current shade. Maybe they should consider updating their photo on their website. So with the return shipping I’m out $27.50 on an $85 dollar belt. The box weighed 1 lb. Not cool.

Greetings Jordan, thank you for sharing your review. In looking at the order history and correspondence on this one, we can see you ordered a belt from us and were concerned about the color. We sent return instructions so you could ship the belt back to us so we could take a look. The belt we received back was indeed the correct belt ordered. We did acknowledge that this particular shade of Brown can look slightly different on different screens, in different lighting, or when the suede is brushed a certain way. Unfortunately that is the challenge with certain nuanced shades, they simply look different in different settings. We did not get a request to refund shipping charges on the return, we got an email after the return was processed to ask if we had refunded shipping charges. This return was handled according to our normal return process. The return policy on our website, which is accessible from the product page and all other pages of the site, confirms that shipping charges are not refunded on returns. We do make exceptions if an incorrect item is shipped of course. In this case, we are more than happy to make an accommodation if you want to contact us directly. Thanks so much Jordan.
