Henselmans PT CourseReviews of mennohenselmans.com

I had been searching for an online PT course for some time and eventually decided to opt for Menno's course. The content is well presented and incredibly detailed. Nearly every module has an accompanying lecture, along with a comprehensive PDF document with guidelines based on an overview of the relevant literature. I believe it is great value for money. The course encourages you to think critically, and it has certainly had a positive effect on my training and on other aspects of my life. Overall it's been a great experience and I can't recommend the course highly enough. If you do take the course, I'd highly recommend keeping up with the weekly material and participating in the weekly discussions on the Facebook thread. Thanks to Menno and the team!

I really enjoyed the course; found it very comprehensive. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great learning opportunity for fitness enthusiasts seeking personal development and coaches(to be) looking for a well-rounded, extensive curriculum that provides deeply nuanced yet actionable insights into everything nutrition and exercise science related. This is not your average online PT course certification where you go through some summarized material and get a piece of paper to show for it. This is a serious educational experience that lets you own your learning and allows you to develop the know-how behind improving training performance, lifestyle and body composition to become an overall healthier individual. If you are passionate about exercise and nutrition, then this is your little kid's candy shop. Highly recommended!

This course represents, hands down, one of the most meaningful learning experiences of my life. It helps develop critical thinking and provides helpful, practical tools for program design. The content is up to date with the most recent scientific evidence, and it's presented in a well understandable format. Menno himself is readily available to provide feedback and answer any question. The customer service is helpful, polite and always available. After several other PT courses, only now I feel adequately prepared to start taking in clients.

I am just beginning the path to becoming a doctor and have heard from others that are further along in that path that nutrition and exercise are not covered well enough in these programs. I took this course to gain tools to help future patients lose fat, gain muscle, and combat lifestyle disease. This course did not disappoint! The course is geared more toward personal training. However, the things shared in this course are deeply rooted in evidence and logic and can be applied to any population of people looking to lose fat and gain muscle or, in other words, become healthier.

If you are seriously interested in the topics of fitness and nutrition this is the course you should take. The curriculum is not only comprehensive and up-to-date but also enjoyable to read. Highly recommended!
