This program goes deep! It's a lot of work, but you will feel confident and prepared if you push yourself to stay up to date with the work through all 9 months. After completing this course, I feel confident about my knowledge of training and nutrition and I know where to find the science to back up my methods.

This course is incredibly thorough, and I feel so well prepared to work with clients with various goals and backgrounds. Definitely setting the industry standard for PT certifications.

I strongly recommend the course, Menno is a very smart guy and explains everything very easily. To all the answers I've had I received an answer in the modules and in most Q&As there was almost nothing more I could ask. Not only you will learn a lot of new things related to fitness and nutrition (even if you are advanced), but you will learn a lot of other things that will help you in life. I thought that there isn't much more I could learn because I already had a lot of knowledge, but there were a ton of cool new things I found and also now I have a deeper and clearer understanding of why we do what we do. Great course!!

I recommend this course for every educated PT, I don't recommend it for a beginner PT coz it will be hard on him or her, the course depends on multiple studies analysis then drive it to conclusion, I suggest that for every subject its better to give the conclusion first, then list a study why the author reach to this conclusion, I can say when I read the studies I feel lost and I sometimes loss the interest on continuing my reading.

Truly excellent. Thorough, comprehensive and well written, well worth it for any aspiring personal trainer. Amazingly well referenced, while also being practical. The pinnacle of the conjuncture of "science based" and "pragmatism". Compared to most PT courses, lots of ACTUALLY useful information that's up to date and unbiased. Highly recommended. Everything you need to know, and then some.

I took the 2020 round of the PT course and found it to be absolutely incredible. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 is that the coursed didn't talk much about setting optimal training and nutrition for enhanced athletes. I took the exam and became a coach and had problems with coaching because 4 of my clients were running anabolic steroids and didn't know what was different and how to set up their diet and training plan. I don't know if the 2021 round or the upcoming 2022 round will go into more details regarding this aspect but I hope they do because I plan on joining for another round ONLY IF this will be discussed.

You may be interested to know that the current course has been extensively updated in this regard. The AAS module now goes into detail on what differs regarding nutrition and training. There's also more information on medically responsible use, but we do not go into 'how to' in the sense of templates/stacks or anything. If you can read between the lines, all the information is there, but we don't want to actively encourage PED use.
