All the standard issue customer service likes apply here: On-time, easy transaction, good shipping container, easy to navigate website. The kicker for me was that they were one of the few companies offering the 7200 rpm 80 gb Hitachi Travelstar Hard drives for a very good price. This was not a refurbished unit and it came in under $100 where most competitors were in the $150 range. I will definitely be coming back when I need more components for my Inspiron 9200.

I had a lot of problem finding memory for my 7 year old Nikon Coolpix 5000 camera. I tried several stores locally, along with the top Camera seller in my city. What a waste of time. Wow!
