Completely dissapointed
I chose to buy in Memory Suppliers instead of Amazon because an "expert" assured me they have REAL OLYMPUS xD TYPE H memory card. At the same time this item was unavailable in Amazon. But when I received my shopping it was a KODAK xD TYPE H not OLYMPUS. What such a dissapointment. Great S&H but unfortunately you didn't grant what you offered

Waiting to see results of complaint
I purchased a 2nd Roomba for my Son, and it isn't working properly. I called customer service, and was given a "plan" to possibly correct the situation, but am not happy that the Roomba wasn't completely replaced. I won't know for a day or so yet if it IS working now, but am fearful that in a month or so the problem will reoccur and I will be stuck w/a lemon. Just want it on record that it IS NOT WORKING THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS, WHEN I DISCOVERED THE PROBLEM and it is only a couple of weeks old. Sandra S. Miller 317 E. Poor experience
I submitted a RMA request to exchange or return the refurbished unit more than 2 weeks ago. NO ANSWER AT ALL. Trsutpilot is trying to help too. But no update.
