We placed an order, and had acceptable levels of communication until I gave the ok. At that point we received no confirmation that the order had been officially placed or an estimate for when the drives would be arriving. After a phone call and an email with no response, a coworker followed up again and we received confirmation almost a week after the initial attempts. The drives made it fine and were as expected but additional communication would have made the interaction much less stressful.

The first time I ordered from Memory Suppliers, there was absolutely no issues. But when I went to them for a second order, and asked them to match a competitive quote that I sent to them, it was quite a struggle. But they DID match the competitive quote and beat the deadline for me. It was worth the fight! :)

I have constructive criticism. I placed my order and was willing to pay for next day shipping so I could give it as a Christmas gift. I chose the correct option for this and confirmed my order. It rejected my order because my zip code was wrong. I fixed this and confirmed again. When the order was complete I saw that when I fixed the zip code it had reset the postage to standard without letting me know and there was no way to go back and change it. This made the present be late. --- The next problem is that I used a cupon that popped up on the screen advertising 10 percent off and a free jump drive if I ordered then. I received the discount but never received the jump drive. Other than these minor things, I was pleased with my order. Product was correct and worked well.
