The owner is rude food is great. H however we walked in 10 of us plus a baby seat and the owner went out spastic saying well you’re gonna have to wait and I said I understand that you guys don’t take reservation so you’re gonna have to wait to have a seat over there. Food is good servers are good, but the owner is just an jerk

I have been to the Melting pot a few times with great experiences but last night when we went as a party of seven, it was ok service. Our salads were served, they had brought us a couple of the wrong salads. There weren't any offers of refills for our drinks and I when asked if I could get a refill, she said yes but she never came back and someone else didn't bring a refill. Overall, I was a bit disappointed.

Placed a pickup order and got home was missing the large sub I ordered . They first said they would deliver then called back to say manager said no . The only thing worse than getting home missing part of the order is knowing I paid for it and didn’t receive it . Crust is usually burnt on bottom , too many kids playing around instead of focusing on customers and orders
