I had an issue with a recently purchased drill. All I did was sent and email and Otis was fantastic at resolving the issue. They asked for a video and have sent me a replacement. The turnaround on replies was fantastic even considering holidays. Things go wrong sometimes but the way they worked to resolve it Im truly impressed and will continue to order from Melody Susie! This Scamander nail drill is so lightweight and easy to use， I love it!!! The noise is actually so quiet， it's such a benefit if the noise kinda bugs you lol, is powerful and portable. Gets the job done very well, very happy with the purchase. Totally recommend it for beginners!!!!

I had purchased melodysusie nail drill 11 months ago and fell in love. I like my melodysusie nail drill, works good and nice price. I was expecting the item to be poor quality because of the price but I use it for work with no issues at all. Last week, the handpiece started to make little noise when using but still worked well. Their customer service was super quick to respond and shipped the replacement right away. I am beyond impressed with this powerful drill and the hassle free service that they stand behind. Definitely recommend this to all friends and coworkers from here on. I typically don’t write reviews but their customer service and products have won my trust.

I love melodysusie, i have bought a scarlet nail drill for one year, it is amazing! Perfect for removing, and it's very quiet and smooth, powerful as well, and the Pink drill is pretty! They have good customer service, i will definitely recommend to my friends!

The company cares enough about their consumer that when they revamped the drill, addressing the reasons i had for not liking it, they contacted me. They asked me if i was willing to try the newer version at a deeply discounted price. I find this care for customer satisfaction very refreshing! This revamped drill is great! Nice cord length, rests nicely in the hand, minimal vibration even at the faster rpms. It doesn't heat up with use and is very quiet. As a professional nail artist i am happy to add this to my list of favorite and recommended tools.

Last year I purchased a nail drill from Melodysusie after some months the cable became damaged when I contacted melodysusie to ask if I could purchase a new cable they sent me a complete new nail drill and cable. I was astounded by the amazing customer service I recieved and it is a great pity all companies dont offer the same service. I will never use any other brand of nail drill due to the amazing customer service experience that I received .
