My husband ordered me the 2-1 lamp/dripp earlier this year. Unfortunately, the product stopped working recently. I essayed melodysusie and in less than a week the product was replaced. I love the customer service and how quick they solved the issue.

There was a problem with the first MelodieSusie nail drill I ordered. The drill had gear issues. I contacted them and they were very nice and obviously care about their customers and stand behind their products very strongly. They went above and beyond to remedy the problem and I'd highly recommend them! I love my new nail drill! It is like none other I've ever used. I got the Sparkle 35,000.

I love Melody Susie products. Unfortunately, I just bought a rechargeable nail drill for Black Friday and the hand piece was defective because the F=R and the R=F. I contacted MS with video proof and they immediately sent me a replacement that worked properly. 🤗 The delivery was really fast. I had broken the hand piece to my nail drill and I had asked the costumer service team if they had something available so I can replace that part. They got back to me swiftly and with a link on their website that led me directly to exactly what I needed. I recommend this product to everyone and the company is phenomenal at their job in providing the best service.
