I bought the M Series Nail drill for self manicure purposes and I was completely satisfied with it. I think it would be great in a salon as well as it is very powerful. But after I used the whole battery once it stopped charging. I contacted the customer service, there were super nice. They requested a video with a problem description and immediately sent me a replacement, which works just as good.

The customer service from this company is insane! I mean that in a very good way. I had an issue with the nail lamp that I purchased, which was of no fault to either MS or myself. They responded within hours and had a new one en route the same day. I’m not sure I’ve been treated better by any company before. Solid 10/10 would shop here again.

This is my first time buying from this company, they no longer had the e-file in the color I wanted and they quickly sent me an email giving me other options and apologized for the inconvenience. I couldn’t ask for better customer service.

Great Customer service. My Jade Plus hand piece became unusable after 5 mos of personal use. I reached out to Melody Susie w my proof of purchase & information on the malfunction . They could not have been more helpful & made sure that the piece was replaced, even following up to make certain I was satisfied w the product & process. Based on my enjoyment of the products & now the experience w the company, I highly recommend Melody Susie.
