Their customer service is freaking awesome! I contacted them over the holiday weekend about some missing product, and they responded quickly and sent me the missing product and tracking number. The customer service experience is what will keep me purchasing from Melody Susie. That and their products are super good. This company have an amazing customer services. I recently purchased a drilling machine and it didn’t felt right with me. I email them about my concerns and they send me a brand new one which is better than the original one that I had purchased. I’m happy with the new product I received. I had bought an electric nail drill about 6 months ago and it stopped working. I contacted customer service and they sent out a replacement immediately. They had also kept me informed right up to and even after I received the replacement. Best customer service department I have ever dealt with!! Will definitely be purchasing from this company again!!
