MelodySusieReviews of melodysusie.com

I’ve purchased a nail drill previously which is brilliant. I’ve just purchased a nail dust collector which has just arrived and is fab. I have to say not only are their products great but so is their customer service. I ordered the nail dust collector in white but they contacted me to say they were waiting on stock and I could either wait or have the pink sent out straightaway - the pink was slightly more but I opted for that. They are so kind and very quick to respond and super helpful. Melody Susie will continue to be my go to for products but also because of their customer service

MelodySusie has great long lasting products and superb customer service. I will continue to repurchase all my efiles from them.

MeloduSusie has fantastic customer service. They're so polite and reply quickly. I ordered too many products and wanted to return some, but they let me keep them and sent me a replacement product (though I paid a slight difference). Overall, they went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. I highly recommend them!

I received my nail drill with a dent and scratches on the screen. I sent them email with pictures and they answered right away. Sent me a new drill. Their customer service was awesome

I bought a drill and used it for a few months and it stopped working. I contacted Melody Susie, they went above and beyond to get it taken care of for me. I received the drill part that was broken so promptly. Definitely impressed 10/10 customer service and products

Ordered for delivery to the UK, the team where amazing with contact and reassuring me that the parcel would arrive before Christmas was fantastic and then when I got the parcel I had another email confirming if I had it, can not fault the team, service is amazing

I have been using melodysusie drills for over 2 years now and decided it was time for me to buy the new emerald colored drill. Since they had such a great deal on the bundles I went along and got that. Everything came in such a timely manner. I was worried about holiday porch pirates so I reached out to customer service n they always kept in contact with me on my delivery day and also reached out to me after the delivery time to ensure I received my package. They have over exceeded my expectations with excellent customer service! Thank you very much!! We

Brilliant 5 star customer service. So happy with this brand and their products.
