Customer service is phenomenal! Very communicative, nice, and responds fairly quickly! Products are good quality as well! The only issue i have, was the nail polish is pretty thick (too thick for my liking) and you do get some duplicates which it happens, nothing to be super upset about lol. Will order from again!

I had bought the Jade Plus Rechargeable Nail Drill in June 2023, it had started to short out and stop working while turned on. I knew it was the hand piece so I had reached out to Customer Service and they very quickly responded and sent out a new hand piece immediately! They made sure I had received the package and it even arrived in about a week with no issues. I’ve also purchased their drill bits and even after a year, their safety carbide bits have not dulled as much as Amazon brands have and still are a daily use for me! Definitely worth every penny and they will take care of anything you need! ( The drill is also probably one of the quietest drills i’ve used in the past 3 years, even my coworkers are amazed at how you can’t hear any buzzing)

I had purchased the 2 in 1 e-file and dust collector some time ago. My e-file stopped working properly so I contacted the MelodySusie customer support. They were so helpful and prompt to resolve my issue! Within 3 days of me contacting them to see if I could purchase just the e-file to them sending me the replacement e-file (only asking to pay for shipping) on my door step was what I call excellent customer service!
