MELIPRONReviews of melipron.com

Customer service was very helpful, and quick. Had a small problem with needing some extra hardware, they helped, in a very prompt manner. The product (topper rack) is great quality and easily stands up to the loading limits claimed. Aside from the high quality of the product, the customer service really stood out to me.

Quality product and customer service is top notch. Purchased a laptop mount for my service truck. Unfortunately, it broke but, they had replacement parts to me in no time and were extremely easy to work with.

Very trustworthy and responsive company!

Price is great. Fitment was exact. Quality of materials perfect

We received the roof rack in great condition and the assembly instructions were clear and simple to follow. When we learned we could use 2 additional mounting brackets the customer service team was super responsive and helpful. We were able to quickly order and receive the additional brackets within 3 business days. Thank you Melipron team for your great customer service and quality product.

Shipping container was damaged on the out BUT the excellent inner package was perfect. Not one bolt out of plastic bags. Thumbs up for your packing skills 👍🏻 Put it together and had one bolt, nut & lockwasher extra. Perfect.

I liked how the hanging tote kit I ordered matched up to the Melipron shelving system precisely. It required a lot of screws and nuts, but once finished, it is a very solid install.

It's a wonderful product that exceeded my expectations and met all my needs.
