This was the first time ordering from Melbourne Molds and the service was fantastic. The delivery to Canada was fairly quick and alm arrived in great shape. What made the service amazing was upon using for the first time I had an issue with one of the molds. I contacted Melb Molds and they sent me a new one without any hassle. Great customer service and I love the molds. Win win 👍

Free shipping was advertised the day I made my order, but I was charged for it anyhow. Other than that great and fast service and high quality mold UPDATE: Company have contacted me after the review and explained that there was a special code that had to be used in order to get the free shipment, that I, unfortunately, didn't see. I hope that in the future special offer codes can be more visible or even automated. Melb Molds also offered me a refund, that was completely unnecessary as it was my own choice to proceed with the order even with the shipping cost. Great Customer Service and Satisfaction follow up, that deseves an additional star and review update.
