MelB molds never disappoints! Their molds are such good quality, are shiny and don't deform with heat or messy storage. I replaced all of my previously purchased bookmark molds from Amazon with MelB mols because I kept having to replace them every few months. Will continue to buy from here. Ordered from Canada and shipping was quick.

Attenzione ai dazi doganali non segnalati sul sito!
Devo aggiornare la mia recensione. Non spediscono più dall' Europa ma dall' Egitto. Non era segnalato da nessuna parte sul loro sito,nè viene indicato al momento della conferma d'ordine (che è grave, visto che la spedizione dall' Egitto implica dazi doganali molto elevati, mai pagati negli 8 ordini precedenti).
Solo quando stavo per ricevere l' ordine DHL mi ha notificato gli oneri doganali da pagare per svincolare la spedizione ( 50,60 Euro di oneri per un ordine da 52.00 Euro!!!)
Volevo respingere la consegna ma MelbMolds mi avrebbe rimborsato solo il valore della merce, avrei dovuto pagare comunque gli oneri. Si sono offerti di rimborsarmi solo metà degli oneri doganali, nonostante la loro evidente mancanza nel non segnalare sul loro sito i possibili oneri doganali aggiuntivi. Ho accettato per non buttare letteralmente nella spazzatura 50 Euro. Ma non ordinerò più a queste condizioni.

You are absolutely right—transparency is essential, and we should have communicated these details more clearly on our website and at checkout.
We are currently in a somewhat complex situation: some of our items are still being shipped from Europe, while others are sent from locations outside Europe. This can create differences in customs fees, and we understand how this may have caused confusion.
For example, customs clearance within Italy is usually around €7–€10. In most cases, we use FedEx, which handles these fees efficiently. However, for your order, FedEx could not deliver to your region, so we had to use DHL instead. Unfortunately, DHL’s pricing and customs processing can be significantly higher, which is why your fees were much more than usual.
Your feedback has highlighted the importance of clear communication for every order. We are taking steps to ensure that all customers are notified in advance about any potential additional charges so they can make an informed choice.
We are very grateful that, despite this experience, you still appreciated the quality of our molds and our post-sale support. Your trust and understanding mean a lot to us, and we are committed to improving transparency and making future orders smooth for everyone.
