Did a delivery, online, grocery order paying $9.95 for this service and it was absolutely HORRIBLE! my delivery was set up to be for Friday 6-7pm and kept getting pushed back while I changed my plans 3 times for this! It ended up getting pushed to Saturday a whole day after it was supposed to be. And they scheduled it at 7-8am so I had to get up at 6:30am on my day off because meijers would not let me cancel my order. Oh and I mention I was 8 items short and still ended up paying more then the amount quoted. Save your time and do not order groceries online from Meijer.

The meat was pink on the outside but brown on the inside. Noticed that my review and others disappeared from Google maps review area my trust is gone.

Aim Tooth Paste out of stock for three weeks in a row! Had to make an extra trip to Kroger. At least Kroger had it. This happened at the Meijer Store 10301 Maysville Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835. Store Number #138. A shame this store dosen't seem to stock anything during the weekend. And it's so aggravating when they are out of something!

Seeing no place to review a product online at the Meijer site I searched the web for other places to leave this info. Coffee drinkers need to know how poor your new Columbian K pods (white label) are...extremely weak compared to old style you previously sold. Even a 6 oz cup is weak for a medium roast coffee. Going with sam's club organic exclusively now which was our other favorite. Seriously Meijer, you need to quality check those new pods. Bring back the old orange label pods!

This morning I went to the Meijers at 3320 Westshore Drive, Holland MI, and was very disappointed and concerned the many of the employees there are not complying with the requirements that they properly wear face masks. Several of them were wearing them down around their chin, while others had them pulled down below their nose. When confronting them about it, their attitude was basically 'so what'. One even said 'doesn't matter, they don't work anyway'. Of those that adjusted their masks properly, I proceeded down the isle until I was out of sight, waited a minute, then went back, and observed that they had pulled their mask down again, and were laughing with other workers about it. At the checkout I asked to speak with a manager. When he showed up I explained the situation to him, and he seemed much more concerned with defending his workers, and showed no concern for the safety of the customers. His lack of concern that his workers were putting the customers at risk was even more concerning than the workers attitudes, and may explain why the problem exists there. I will be looking for a store that does take the mask requirements seriously.

My father worked for Meijer for over 40 years and when he retired all they gave him was a stupid Meijer blanket. Wth. Who wants a meijer blanket after that much commitment to your company?

They claim you can edit your order up to one hour before you pick it up. They claim that you will be called and greeted by your shopper and they should call you before making substitutions. None of this is true where Meijer employees are shopping your order. In some locations (Huber Heights, Ohio) Shipt shops the curbside pickup orders. I highly recommend going with them. I have been using the Englewood curbside pickup since CoVid. Meijer employees shop your order there. Here’s what you can expect: You might get someone else’s groceries. Inappropriate substitutions, i.e. four 2.5 qt. bottles of drain cleaner instead of four 1 qt. bottles of drain cleaner. Meijer shoppers refuse to read or read and ignore any comments or notes. Meijer shoppers will not call you under Any circumstance, even if you request that they do. You must place your order at least 48 hours in advance if you want a given time slot for pickup. Your order may be shopped days in advance where the items sit in a holding area while you wait for pickup. You cannot edit (i.e. add or delete items to/from your order) your cart without losing your time slot. The website is all over the place. Slow, clunky, items that show in stock are actually out of stock and vice versa. So, expect no communication from the shopper, place your order at least 48 hours in advance and do not edit your order. Expect inappropriate substitutions. And your items may not be as fresh as you would like. At best you will get about half of what you actually order. The rest will be a substitution or out of stock. Bottom line is that you have to go into the store anyway.
