I’m on hold with the third Meijer pharmacy! They answer and place you on hold immediately and 20 minutes later, you are still waiting! Their customer service in their pharmacy anyway is terrible!

I'm a life long Meijer customer customer & know about 1/3 of the employees by their first name including management. 2 days ago I walked into the store & needed some change for large bills. I went to the service desk & was told they would not help me unless I bought something, I asked for a manger & got the same reply plus the manger said that scam artists try to get the clerks to make a mistake changing money. So I asked if he was referring to me ?? Anyhow I will never enter Meijer's again. The Marion Ohio Store.

I purchased meijers heavy whipped cream to make butter and it would not form butter because it does not have 36 percent fat in it to make butter and it can not legally be called heavy whipped cream unless it has 36 percent fat in it this is false advertisement but other companies also have false advertisement concerning their heavy whipped cream like friendly farms, land O lake, and fresh thyme market, supernatural kalona all of these companies are falsely advertising heavy whipped cream with way less than 36 percent fat and lying to customers I make my butter from heavy whipping cream but now you can't find heavy whipping cream any more with 36 percent fat no company that I have found has the legal amount of fat to be called heavy whipping cream anytime you try and make butter out of heavy whipping cream and it won't form into butter its false advertisement.

The check out at meijer is a nightmare. They have a 5 item checkout section but if the scale that weighs your produce doesn’t work then you’ll have to go through the longer self checkout where they have no item limit. I always have to set an hour aside for check out. Why would you not have an item limit for self checkout?

I love working for Meijer people are great customers are patient with me and the remodeling is making it look so nice

Meijer Has gotten even worse than I thought possible. Go team Meijer! 59 checkout stations with 2 or 3 open on a Sunday 1:00 pm. Everything we bought was on sale, from buy 1 get 1 free to buy 1 get 2nd half off. NONE of the sale prices came up. I understand if maybe 1 or 2 items but none of them? The manager person came over and said they knew about the problem. Hmmmm. So now I wonder if this is a mistake or is it on purpose. Do NOT trust the scanner!

I have had nothing but problems with their online ordering. Today was the last straw. I placed an order at noon today and after it was shopped t was canceled due to technical error. I spent over an hour with customer service saying it was shipt's fault and there as nothing they could due I would have to replace the order. After replacing the order it would only give me a 9pm delivery time of course it never happened. Now the best part the stores service desk closes at 8pm and the main customer service closes at 9pm. Shipt is still open but they tell me it will I will have to wait 710 days for the refund as the order was returned to the store. So there are now 4 charges for 4.95 and my grocery bill of 123.02 and I have to buy groceries. This is not the 1st time but the 4th this is the first return. If I could give a 9 I would

Let me start by saying we shop there every week and spend $80-150. They have checked my receipt twice after using the regular checkout line. On 8/13 I decided to use the self checkout. I purchased 2 packages of ground beef for the "Buy One Get One 50% Off of equal or lesser" sale for angus. I was charged full price for the second package. I asked the attendent after her helping 3 other customers she got the add and said that must not have gotten the angus. She didn’t even check what we had but this is what was in the case with the add. We were also was looking for a certain cheese. They showed 3 different kinds in stock. We asked two people and without looking we were told they were out of stock. Our bill was over $80 and they lost a customer over a $2.50 discount. I was so upset over the whole situation. I told them to keep their food and we will not be back. We ended up going to Schnucks.
