I used a promo code and played passed my playthrough amount won $300 it said withdrawal amount so I applied for $200 withdrawal played for another day then it all disappeared they took my $300 stating I needed to make a deposit between promos. I wasn't aware of this. It should not have shown in the available to withdraw if thats not the case. It's irresponsible gambling on their behalf emailing promos to encourage gambling only to be told I broke the rule and had all my winning taken away😡

This one c definitely gets 2 thumbs down. On multiple occasions they got to watch me lose on their platform. This last time I woke up to the madness that these con artist called a fair playground. They will try anything and everything in their power to keep your money and/or winnings. Fhey will pull out article such and such and tell you that according to this you can't do that. So basically the email you were sent telling you to try this game for the free 15 spins is a trap. I actually Won on a 30 free spins add that they sent me. I had to then turn around and playthrough over $1500 to be able to claim anything. After spending the night and coming out on top they then tell me that I cannot take any of my winningss because I never made a deposit. So I fold my sleeves as they put my balance back to zero. I make a deposit and start playing and win again. They tell me now that the verification takes 5 days and I cannot redeem or touch my deposit for that length of rie. Then the last person shows up on scene and explains I must have this amount to withdraw my crypto. They are a well organized swindling machine and I hope no one ever has to get caught up in their mess like I did, on multiple occasions. So please. Read and learn from this review because I was not smart enough to make a stop here before I went over there and I almost got my pockets turned upside down because of this.

I played along until I was eligible to withdraw. It's been 3 weeks now and still no money. Please don't trust this site, it's a scam.

The support is abysmal, the explanations of deposits and withdraws are not there, DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY on this scam site, I withdrew 100 dollars and got 64 because their currency is different than ours they said (im american) but when I deposited money it was the same then.

I won 19k and they refused to pay me don’t even play on this site scammers alert they recon I never won that amount when I have screen shots of the wins I then asked so when people play do they see fake money then they blocked me and kicked me from there site
