Used a bonus, made money. Withdrawal request kept getting redeposited in my account--no explanation. 3 contacts with support, no explanation. Finally informed that play through had not been completed. BUT I HAD RECEIVED NOTICE PLAYTHROUGH WAS MET! Further complaint. They advertise fast approval of withdrawal. Okay, my withdrawal approval took 3 days. Payment is then 2 to 4 days later. And the approval means nothing! My withdrawal request was approved and then reversed, twice. Customer service is terrible here, the support staff I dealt with was rude and condescending, and they shift the rules moment to moment to fit their narrative. I won from playing slots with no bonus promotion active. Just plain, no rules and no limits, no wager amounts and no max cap, but when I try to make a withdrawal, it’s cancelled and taken from me, and they tell me it’s because of the last promotion that I used. But the last promotion I used was a wash, I lost, and had no money. I got a notification on my screen telling me that my promotion was over because I ran out of money and the rules and my playthrough amount were no longer relevant, so they were removed. When looking in my cashier and my coupons and bonuses, there was no active bonus, because the one that was active had already failed and been removed. And they claim the bonus promotion that i was no longer actually subject to is the reason for them taking it from me. I didn’t cheat or anything like that, I literally got lucky on the last nickel in my account, which was undeniably after my bonus promotion play was done and concluded. And the entire time of the conversation with support, the lady was rude and snide, condescending

What a total scam!! I won 400$ and I receive an email that they refuse to withdraw my money...and that's after maybe 10 emails. That's site is a scam, DONT play on it, you're wasting your money and if you win you never get your winning!! AGAIN, DO NOT PLAY ON THIS SITE!!

Beware players!! Been a month now since I tried to withdraw n it's not stop redundant hurdles required to be re-done and it takes several days each time to even get a response. Support cant help other than saying it takes 3-5 days for a email. Take a selfie with ur card like asked and a week later only u can be in picture with no card. Then too many numbers of ur card is shown n have to hide some. That's 2 weeks! The a week later again u need to send ur card eventho u have an email approval after 3 wks...time to start over n it's another 3-5 days. Non-stop ridiculous requests. Unbelievable!!

Im not one to tell everyone or anyone to stay away from a site cuz of a situational experience but if you keep reading...youll find out why what at first was going to be a bad review cuz of my current situation and what megamedusa did...but then i made 1 decision that showed me who they really were. So quick intro: they emailed me, offered free $100 w/playthru of 20x, I say "wtf..i have to try cuz lost job, no insurance, and needed to start raising money since on 7/3 a possible life threatening happenstance of a unlucky fluke which could end my life anyday (says conglomerates AI)..and so i say yes and take their $100 to try to reach $2000 played and have enough left to be able to cash out while avoiding a list of games youre not allowed to play per rules of them giving you the $100 credit. All their machines that i played were actually hitting pretty good, not overly paying like its a completely fake site, and also not so tight that the $100 was gone in a couple mins with all minimum bets. You'd hit streaks and after i finally got it up over 200 credits it would just fluctuate from 200-300! Till...dun dun duuunnnnn...shortly after I pass the $1600 mark on my playthru and I was just over $250 in credits, i hit a bad low streak and find myself sitting at $101 and change...i decide before its all gone to try a game ive been wanting to try that ive seen on these overseas sites (US sites have a similar one called More Money Coming) called Fat Cash. For those who dont know about these games, 1 line, 3 reels, whatever number pops up (mostly blanks and zeros) you multiple by your bet and thats what you win! My first handful of spins got nothing then I catch a here and there and right when my playthru hits $1811 and when my credits were at $99.71, I hit spin again betting .20 which turns out to be a $2 total bet...reel 1-10, reel 2-1, reel 3-00...so 10100 times my bet! So happy cuz now my playthru is at $1813 and my credits are $2117.71! Ever get that huge weight lifted feeling....yeah!! So i play quickly thru the last $186...last $1 bet im smiling press spin and its over...but my credits...and up pops a screen "congrates you made it thru your playthru and heres your $100!" I quickly head to the T&C and read..read..read..and find max withdraw from free $100 is $100! Deflated!! Well $100 is something...its 3 digits!! Try to withdraw but need verification first...and it says for the first time "if withdraw is from a no deposit coupon, deposit may be required!" Then its not a true 'No Deposit' coupon if i MUST make a deposit before you give me my money. So it basically subtracts from my winnings. Talk to Customer Support Rep Thomas Smith, who turned out to be the best thing about Megamedusa, and he confirmed everything! Made a decision to chance my $100 on their slots, instead of having to deposit money that i have to borrow to deposit then pay the fees from my winnings, to see if i could double or triple it into something worth borrowing money to deposit and having a decent amount left after fees were removed. But the second time around, strange how the atmosphere can change even tho its online...went to fat cash and decided to bet .15 and out of the $100...the whole time...from start to finish...i won a total of .45!! Their whole website is set up to get you to deposit money, the whole "try our slots with this free money" they jacked up the RTP so you think 'i love this effin casino!!' Then soon as you hit their playthru mark...lights shut off, you feel a draft where you shouldnt, you yell..."STOP!!", you get slammed down, another yell "NO!!"what the pain, quit, who the f, wait, STOP!! Lights come on but dimmed, you..laying face down on a table that smells of tears, pants around your ankle! On the table you see it and think "thank god they use luuu"...but before the thought can finish another overrides it..."you idiot, that Vaseline is still factory sealed....they didnt"...thats my definition of megamedusa for you cuz thats how I felt duped!! And if they respond to this...dont try the whole "we have new RNG's that ensure that our RTP's remain at...." blah blah blah! Ive already heard it all!! And NO Means NO

I won money on this casino and have had nothing but trouble. They gave me a huge run around on purpose. After sending them all required verifications and accounts over weeks, I still have not received 1 cent. Every time I talk to someone they tell me I will receive my funds soon. Nothing but a SCAM. Stay away!

After them taking nearly 3 weeks to approve my withdrawal they finally sent it...but not to me!! Now I can't get anyone to respond to my emails...they are a bunch of thieves. I would Play elsewhere.

As of writing this review I have not been able to connect to customer support. Every device including computers and phones just keep buffering when teying to connect to live chat but emailing support is a freaking joke im at 7 days now and haven't gotten a single response from them at all, as long as I dont have enough to cash out I can talk to live chat within a minute of clicking the live chat option. Ive been up and down as far as my balance goes ive only used the one code and that was completely nightmarish as the requirement was i recieve 200 free spins and I must playthrough $2000 so I got my balance to 3100 and they took all but $50 minimum cashout is $100 I got to $101 and live chat cant take your documents you have to email your verification and payout information and its been 7 days with no response to any email and im still unable to get live chat to load. Just avoid these l I ars and scammers.
