i was told redemptions take 24hrs
update, if you’re using Apple Pay to make purchases don’t do it, I’ve been asked proof of my card and statement , I’ve sent them both and they keep asking for it over and over than got asked to send it showing my whole card information, which is weird because why send the whole card showing that to me is a red flag because anyone can copy my whole card information and do what they like. After two days of going back and forth i asked to close my account and the pending SC i have will just be lost but im tired of the back and forth when i should of had my redemption already. So if purchasing please use your credit or debit card to make it easier for proof . i was told redemptions take 24hrs, my redemption has been more than 24hrs and i have not received it, it is still in the “initiated” phase . I would like to give this a five star because it has all the games i love but since i haven’t received my redemption i will wait and come back once i receive it to upgrade my review.
