First time trying to redeem and there is no redeem!!!!! I click on the redeem button and it just takes me to the "purchase" screen. What a bunch of BS.. played today also on Sweep jungle today and redeemed for the first time and was a better experience..I had really high hopes for this site because it seemed like they had good games with good graphics..I should have read these reviews before I wasted my time and money 😔 Update!! I just was able to go in and request a redemption.. the verification ??I'm not even sure if it went through or not?? Or if I even passed.. didn't even receive a message that it was accepted or anything or anything approving it or disapproving it.. I am very skeptical of this site because like I said before I didn't even have the option to redeem before so we'll see what happens.. Not even an email to confirm that they even received my redemption..😐 UPDATE!!!!!! I am changing my review like I said I would!! These guys were legit and my redemption was processed and I got my money deposited in my bank immediately even on a weekend!! Thank you!

Won $100 after spending quite a bit more but trying to get this $100 sent to my online banking has been way too much trouble and not worth the time. They should put the customer through that nigmare before you gamble. I know I wouldn't have wasted my time on such petty BS. Shelley Perry I was too quick to judge this establishment.Yes I felt they were a bit over the top on documentation but in the end they were quite friendly and efficient and sent my payment very quickly..Thank you
