Awesome information for parents and students at what is often a stressful time. MEFA breaks down the financial aid information so it’s comprehensive

Cost of higher education demystified - great overview! Also good to know that "net price" is about 50% less than "sticker price".

I feel lucky to have catch the information session on scholarships. There is so much to learn and feel like my junior in high school and even my freshman can get started with the process.

You are no help with the FAFSA FORM for 2024-2025. Many excuses, but nothing was solved. So many questions and no correct or solvable answers from you MEFA people. Another government agency that would never be a private business. You people always blame someone else for not solving a proble. That is a fact. Terrible service. I know that you do not care about this email. That is a fact also.

Thank you for your feedback. We do read every review we receive and consider the comments from the families we serve very important. We understand how frustrating the 2024-25 FAFSA has been for so many. As we continue to share new information and guidance as we receive it from Federal Student Aid, the agency that administers the FAFSA, we would like to hear more about your experience with MEFA. We encourage you to provide us additional feedback, and our experts would be happy to connect with you one-on-one to help answer any questions you might have by calling us at (800) 449-MEFA (6332) or emailing us at [email protected].
