Easy to use company to set up insurance, and will walk you though the entire process and keep you notified each step of the way. I recommend them.

The rating I would give Breeze will be a 5. The reason for the 5 because the team communicated with me in a timely manner to request documents and provide updates on my application. Once the application was approved, an agent picked up the phone immediately to explain the terms and conditions of the policy. Overall, great support from the team.

The application was very easy and straightforward. The company keeps you updated on the status and will let you know what additional steps or information they need throughout the process.

The Breeze team consistently answered the questions I had during the application process. This was a process that spanned a month or so with many questions answered by multiple people. If one agent was unsure, I would promptly be connected with another agent able to address the issue.

The entire process of obtaining disability insurance through Breeze was efficient, simple and professional. Customer service was prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Everyone I talked to was very friendly and personable, I actually enjoyed talking with the woman (I sadly can't remember her name) who called me to ask a question about my application. The people from Assurity did a nice job of keeping me in the loop with where my application was at with text/email updates, where I never felt like I was in the mysterious underwriting black whole I've felt at other times with other companies. And there were no surprises about price increases or anything like that. I wish if I logged onto breeze's website there would be ways to service my account like make a payment, change payment method, etc. At this point all I see is premium, coverage, and policy number. It gives me information, but there's really nothing I can do.
