Meenta offers next business day shipping via FedEx or UPS and standard shipping which takes 2-5 business days, usually via USPS. The carrier we use for each shipment depends on delivery speed and price - so we can offer our clients the lowest shipping price possible. Clients can also request a certain carrier if desired.

We work with the best shipping carriers in the country and pick the best shipping option for each order. Unfortunately, all shipping carriers across the country are experiencing delays at this point, so we're sorry to hear that you didn't get your delivery when you expected it. It looks like your order was quickly fulfilled by our warehouse and experienced delays during delivery. Hello A. Rozier, We're working with our shipping partners to reduce shipping costs in 2022. At this time, we don't handle insurance reimbursement, as all tests are bought out-of-pocket. We do, however, accept HSA/FSA cards as acceptable payment types. We are experiencing a higher than usual number of support requests this holiday season, so I apologize for any delay in a response.
