Waste of my time. Company is clearly winding down into administration, but they should just hurry up and shut the doors rather than literally wasting everyones time. Net negative to everything. Absolutely useless, zero communication, zero customer service. Idiots.

Pathetic customer service. I had to chased down my orders many times. Even after multiple attempts, still no approach from Thermofisher team. I have to think 100 times before submit order, whether I will receive it on time, or do they have in stock, or how many times I have to chase it down.

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Refusal to set up business accounts just to purchase non-regulated chemicals for a legitimate science company. absolutely nobody should use this terrible company for sourcing.

Had placed an order for petrifilms that our client needed in a hurry. Selected express shipping and proceeded to call every single day this week to make sure it was on schedule to arrive by today 6/5. Called in today as we still hadn't received the shipment to find out that the order hadn't even been packed up yet to leave the manufacturer's. I don't understand how this happens but there's a glaring flaw in Fisher's customer service ability. Communication between the manufacturer and middle man/consumer is very poor. Highly disappointed and will encourage anyone who sees this as well as all education programs we work closely with to look elsewhere for their educational & science needs/materials.

AVOID! Terrible communication, discontinue products without warning, force upgrades, delay to shipping, poor customer service, massive price rises, damaged and faulty goods, people always leave this company, point of contact always changing, miscommunication, unbelievably bad.

We received a grant and purchased equipment from Thermo Fisher Scientific. Even though we paid them in full over $91,000 they continue to bill us. They may be a big company, but there organization is terrible. And that is being nice! Find another company to work with.

Mobbing and discrimination are widespread and standard occurrences in this company, inept management that creates a toxic environment in which only money is the thing that matters and not the customers as they state, while they pay their employee cents and overwork them to exhaustion and burnout. JUST STAY AWAY! the level of disorganization and incompetence in this company is way beyond anything we have encountered. Every single interaction we ever had with them, has been a complete headache. We are trying to purchase extremely overpriced equipment from them, and they do not reply for weeks/months even after talking with more than 10people in the company, nobody is taking responsibility, everybody is representing themselves nobody is representing the company. I am surprised they did not go bankrupt, but I guess all the extremely overpriced government contracts they have, bring in enough to not make them care about the rest of the customers... TFS never again
