Hi there, We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way and understand how frustrating it can be when an order does not arrive as expected. We want to clarify that we are not a scam platform. Orders are genuinely produced and shipped, though during peak periods - especially the holiday season - production and carrier delays can unfortunately impact delivery times and tracking updates. We take concerns like this seriously and encourage you to contact our support team directly at [email protected] with your order details so we can review the shipment status and assist you appropriately. Our goal is always to resolve issues, not to leave customers without their orders. Thank you for sharing your feedback. It helps us identify areas where we need to improve, particularly around delivery timelines and communication. Meear Team

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating long delivery times and limited tracking updates can be. We’d like to clearly address one important point: we do not pay for, fabricate, or manipulate reviews on Trustpilot. Trustpilot is an independent, third-party review platform, and all reviews are submitted directly by customers according to their own experiences - both positive and negative. We take transparency and integrity very seriously. Regarding production and shipping, our products are fulfilled through global production partners, not exclusively local makers. During peak seasons, especially around the holidays, higher demand and international shipping can result in longer production times and delayed tracking updates. We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is being taken seriously, as it highlights areas where we need to improve - particularly around delivery timelines and communication. Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you liked the products, but we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the shipping delays. We understand how frustrating this can be during this peak season and are actively working with our shipping partners to improve both transit times and tracking updates. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as it helps us improve our delivery process moving forward. Meear Team

Hi there, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re truly sorry that your order arrived later than expected and missed your ornament gift exchange - it’s completely understandable to feel disappointed in that situation. While we’re glad to hear that you liked the ornament itself, we regret that the delivery timeline did not meet your expectations. During the peak holiday season, production and shipping volumes can significantly increase, which may result in longer fulfillment times than usual. That said, we understand how important it is for this information to be communicated clearly in advance. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the tracking system. This is something we are actively working to improve so customers can receive more timely and transparent updates on their orders. Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us identify where we need to do better, especially during high-demand periods like the holidays. Meear Team

Hi there, We’re very sorry for the delay. Due to the peak production and shipping season before Christmas, some orders may take longer than expected to process and deliver. If you’ve already submitted a support ticket, please kindly allow us some time to check and respond. We’re currently receiving a high volume of tickets, so our response may be a bit slower than usual. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us via [email protected]. Sincerely, Meear Team
