The Med Watch did not actually track my heart rate consistently, which was the one thing I had purchased a watch to do. It did, however, vibrate when I got texts, which I did not want a watch to do! There's nothing medical about it. When I emailed complaining of issues, they actually ultimately blocked my emails - despite me not saying anything rude or crass. Please don't bother, just blow the extra cash on an Apple Watch. At least it's the real deal and not a slightly cheaper scam.

Would give this less that 1 star if I could. Bought it to monitor BP. If I believed this watch I would consider my BP was absolutely perfect (120/80) or was low (105/65) both readings I received even though when compared to an at home BP device my BP was 147/93. When I emailed to ask for suggestions as to why it was so far off, all I got back was this canned response... "Thank you for contacting us! MedWatch is highly accurate but not accurate as medical equipment, Keep that in mind if you have any serious health conditions. It should be used as addition to your regular Blood pressure monitor." Apparently their definition of "highly accurate" is different than mine. A total waste of money.

I ordered a Med-Watch. I had no idea when it was arriving. I never got a PO # or tracking number. When I sent an e-mail to them, they said they were sorry for the delay. It had already been 18 days. Meanwhile, it was in my mailbox that day. I never really got to test the accuracy of this watch. I used it for a week and every morning when I woke up, it was disconnected to my phone. I had to keep reconnecting it, but it would disconnect shortly thereafter. I asked for a refund, and they keep sending me the set up instructions. Now they want me to make a video of the problem.

No Customer Service. Purchased for monitoring Blood Oxygen Levels. Only Shows a reading of 98. Compared to finger unit, another smart phone, and Hospital unit. would get various readings on these from 87 to 96, Med Watch was at 98. They state is a accuracy issue, does not accept returns for accuracy issues. Finally got my Credit card company to reverse the charge. They received noreply from Med Watch, they closed my case. Got my money back.

I purchased it for blood pressure and heart rate. Both were consistently 20% off. I could guess what they were closer than what the watch said. I tried to return it and they said accuracy is not a reason for a return. I think they are defective. If you bought a new car and were going 70 and the speedometer said 54 is that inaccurate or defective. The watch is useless!!!

I purchased this watch to measure heart beats per minute during exercise. The watch didn't work. While exercising at 145 BPM, it registered a BPM of 78-82, which is defective and useless. The supposed return policy is falsely advertised. After contacting the manufacturer about this problem, they said it was just inaccurate, and therefore, no exchange and no return. As one can see from the many one star reviews, the goal of this manufacturer is to sell you the watch and then stiff you when you learn that the functionality, at least as to measuring BPM, is not inaccurate, but simply does not work nor perform as advertised. Not surprisingly, this watch is not sold on Amazon, where this entity would insist on a return policy that is actually honored.

Buyer beware! This is not a legitimate company. There is absolutely no customer service. They send auto responses to some emails and do not answer any questions. The phone number does not work. It is NOT compatible with Verizon and they do NOT take returns.

I purchased this watch for the fall risk detection. I did not see these reviews prior to purchase or I would not have done so. The watch was shipped from China, not the US and is not compatible with Verizon, the largest carrier. I was told to go to T-Mobile. I am on a fixed income and my daughter pays for my phone service. The latest reply was "our publicity doesn't say that the watch supports Verizon." The site doesn't say it what carriers either are or or are not compatible so the reply was not helpful and rather rude. Also, in the "about us" section the website says they are in NJ but the various policies at the bottom it shows a WY address, which I believe is a consulting firm or agent. I can't help but think this is to scam seniors. A typical senior would have difficult time figuring out any issues or problems with this watch.
