So my first Watch lasted 3 months. It's Bluetooth capabilities has failed. When I purchased this Watch, I also purchased a 3-year warranty, which they are NOT honoring. I sent them a video showing what it was doing as they asked. It was 380MB in size, so I used WeTransfer to send it to them. They never picked up the video THEY asked for. I went and purchased another one from them, and this one has been working fine. But it's only been on my wrist for a week or 2. I'll just have to wait and see. Too bad they have what seems to be a great product, but there Support is far than even good. Just be aware.

I purchased this watch thru PayPal, never held a charge long enough to work. Company has refused to refund all my money. PayPal is taking it's time deciding what to do. It's been months since this started. SCAM. I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission. Do not order from them, be smarter than me .

It's interesting you don't even mention that you can't get a refund for the watches inacuracies until you look at the fine print on refunds. You state your watch is accurate on your web- site but nothing mentioned about having to use a Regular Blood pressure monitor you can get at walmart to use along with this blood Pressue watch. As stated that's why I bought the watch in the first place. If it doesn't work as an accurate measure of blood pressure why have it at all! This watch is not accurate at all. Not even close. Your off by 50 pts on systolic and 20 pts on distolic! You call that accurate! Now I see why you don't state the accuracy of your watch anywhere. It's scam marketing and advertising. POS company.

This is a scam, advertises blood pressure watch, but the data is incorrect. Ben the owner of the company is a charlatan.!!!!

Read the return policy before buying medwatch.The blood pressure is consistently so far out from a medical blood pressure cuff to be dangerous if you rely on it for hypertension.Take note no returns for being inaccurate.

Buyer beware! This seemed like a good idea. Easy to use, etc. But my first readings were shockingly high. I compared readings with another verified instrument by Omron (which had been compared to reading taken by a medical assistant. Med-watch read 90 points higher than the verified instrument, even after repeated tries. So, now the company says there are no returns for reasons of accuracy. What’s the point of having a device that isn’t even in the right ball park let alone not accurate! What a ripoff!

I sure wish I had looked at this site before purchasing. These people are shiesters to be sure. They are really banking on your fear about your heart health and then sell you a crappy product which does not work. How can you sell a watch to check blood pressure or pulse rate which does not do said functions and then not refund the price of purchase? I tried returning the watch too for an even more basic issue-it doesn't fit and is simply too large overall. They would not accept this reason and to add insult to injury, the person writing the email called me "dear".

I bought the blood pressure watch. It always registers 118/76 although I had blood pressure from 150s to 180s. I used Discover to insure my purchase against fraudulent products. I recommend you do with new products. Medwatch said they cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of the monitor. How can you then call this a blood pressure watch?
