I would normally give them a 5, but this is asking about my recent experience. I have had a running subscription to these for over 3 years and have referred several people. My husband and I both use this product. This last time, I don't know what happened but I ordered a bottle on sale and received it before my scheduled shipment, because it was late by over a week. I like Medterra and will continue to refer people to them.

Product is great. But trying to change my auto-ship and having a very difficult time doing it.

Quality products, value when shopping on-line.

I love the product , but your timing on subscriptions is terrible. I have to go on-line and have to have it "ship now".

I have a subscription for my rescue dog, Zoey. It has helped Even after 3 long walks, mental/training games & rough-housing playtime she was having a hard time relaxing. This has helped her to be able to settle herself. I give her 1 dropper a day. I will add, her Vet recommended a different one, which I first ordered. Zoey wanted no part of it. With Medterra unflavored pet, my girl laps it up. I highly recommend Medterra to others

Am just finishing up my first supply & decided to reorder to give it more time. Not sure if it is working yet. I can comment that my late afternoon slump is not as prevalent & somewhat better sleep. Have not noticed any change in quality of workouts & definitely no difference in weight management. Having routine blood work this month so will see if any levels have changed. I am 70 so I am not expecting "miracles." Still willing to give it another 2 months.

I had a recent snag in my subscription order arriving on time which hasn’t happened before. I was told it was a carrier issue but not sure what that means when a label was printed but no update shows it was scanned by any carrier. On my end, it just seems like the order never left the facility…? Nonetheless, I ran out of product for 2+ weeks and am now awaiting a replacement. The rep I spoke with (and yes I know anything written can be interpreted differently) seemed like they did not really care about the issue and told me I had to wait until the end of the shipping timeframe before I could request a replacement or cancel. The shipping timeframe was 11 days!! But why wasn’t something done sooner to remediate this?! On the day that I contacted them?? Why wasn’t an order placed beforehand for me so that I wasn’t out of product for 2 weeks? A discount for this mishap? Nope. Why did I have to wait? The reason I placed this on a subscription is so that I don’t have to think about it and it can just arrive on time. You know, one less thing to think about.

I love the sleep gummies. They work well, taste good as well My only complaint is the container is very difficult to open. It takes turning and squeezing the lid strongly to get it off. Needs a redo please
