I've been using Medterra CBD products for quite a while, I've tried a few different gummies including Deep Sleep, Sleep Tite, and Daily Delights. All of them do what they claim to do. Very effective and no next day grogginess. I have a subscription to the sleep gummies, and not being the most technically inclined, on occasion have had difficulty changing my preferences. Customer service always comes through and makes the updates so things keep working smoothly. I highly recommend Medterra for both it's products and it's excellent customer service.
