From the ease in ordering to the actual product quality, this mattress has met and exceeded my expectations. I am sleeping better and believe this justifies the price. I knew I made the right choice once I received an email introducing the customer service rep for my account.

I wish there were more stars in this review that I could give this company. The customer service was exemplary. We had some issues with some unforeseen challenges in delivery. But everyone provided excellent communication and support and we were able to get my dad in a much needed hospital bed. I would highly recommend med shop direct. Omar thank you again for all the caring and professionalism during a stressful time.

Everything was great. The person who I talked to in order to get the right Bariatric mattress. The quickness of the delivery. The best of all is the quality of the mattress. This mattress easily holds my weight unlike other mattress. I could not believe that I could buy a quality Bariatric mattress for $300 plus dollars. THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH, Medshop Direct.

Tracie, Thanks so much for your cooperation during shipment. Your mother is so fortunate to have someone like you doing the best for her, and we are thankful that you gave us an opportunity to be a part of it. Shipping is one of the most annoying parts of this business, because we can do everything right, and its just out of our hands when there's short delays or issues with the bill of lading scanning. We appreciate that you were able to see that from our part we were right there with you from A to Z. Our kindest regards, Omar Med Shop Direct
