MedshopdirectReviews of medshopdirect.com

The operations team were fantastic from start to finish, keeping me updated and personally calling me when needed. They showed genuine care and consideration that my order was fulfilled and delivered on time. I never felt like just an order number, but w valued customer. I highly recommend folks trust this company with their business. You won't be disappointed. Huge kudos for Ivan who was of great help to me and my family.

The salesman was very helpful and made the ordering process very easy and relaxing.

Answered questions promptly, delivered product timely and product is just as advertised.

Omar was very helpful and the bed is just what we wanted! thanks Nick & Kathy

Omar (sales) was very helpful and knowledgeable, provided advice and answers to my questions. Returned my call shortly after I left a voice mail. Ivan (operations) kept me informed about order status and shipping times and status. I am very happy with the medical mattress I purchased.

I neglected to order the pump for the air mattress i purchased. The staff at MedShop Direct were very helpful, they contacted the manufacturer to inquire about my purchasing a pump separately. Their communication is top notch, sending emails with updates on the order and then delivery. The pump itself is working great with the air mattress. I am very happy with my experience and will recommend them to anyone in need.

Very good quality product and fast delivery

This has to have been the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had. From my initial inquiry to the recommendation from the manufacturer to delivery it was less than 1 week. I can't say enough good things.
