MedSchoolCoach has been great! I would say that my experience has been worth every penny and I recommend MedSchool Coach to anyone that feels like their school's approach is falling short. On-campus tutors can be great and upperclassmen can be helpful, but when it comes to my understanding (and board prep), I want to learn from the best - I want to learn from the people that have already been successful. I plan on continuing MedSchool Coach throughout my medical education for a lot of reasons. Just to name a few: - The insight from my tutor (Hanna) has been invaluable - from test-taking strategies to advice about working through the didactic years. - I really feel like my understanding is the top priority and the review sessions are tailored to what I need. Sometimes that means slowing down or repeating things, but I never feel like I have to pretend I understand; and we work through a topic until it makes sense. - I have really appreciated the patience as a struggle to grasp new topics. - The powerpoint slides are great for ongoing retention and quick review instead to digging through mountains of lecture notes. They also distill an entire semester into 20-30 slides which emphasizes conceptual understanding instead of wrote-memorization. I feel like this has helped me see big-picture ideas more clearly. It has also been great to have someone help me see "what matters most" and then work on understanding those points. This creates a solid foundation that I feel confident building on for the future. If you're not sure, give it a chance and I can promise that you will not be disappointed.

MedSchoolCoach has been incredibly helpful with my personal statement and secondary essays, helping me effectively communicate my experiences and qualities. They have also been a huge help with CASPer preparation. I am glad to have them assist me every step of the way with this process!

Trevor was awesome! He was always prepared for our sessions, had back up material in case I didn't have any questions, and always made time for me with my crazy work schedule. He helped keep me on track and studying up until the test. He helped not only on things I had questions with, but also how to approach them the "MCAT" way. He was also open to using different materials and I never felt Pidgeon-holed into a specific company's' materials. I ended up adding a couple of hours to my schedule and the process was painless with the MedSchoolCoach team.

Best money ever spent! I was initially hesitant to sign up for medschool coach. However, I selected the gold application package and I was extremely satisfied with the dedication of the advisors to helping me reach my goals. They helped revise my essay and make me think of new perspectives which have taken my essays to the next level. I now feel much more confident about my application.

I’m still in the process of utilizing the services provided by MedSchoolCoach, but I have to say it’s great so far! looking forward to great improvement in my score and a wholesome learning experience!
