I had 3 different mock interviews. First off, I will say I was impressed by the quick availability of all the interviewers. I had an interview 4 days away so my need was urgent and I was surprised that I could do a mock interview with someone as early as the next day. All of my mock interviews were positive experiences overall. All 3 interviewers gave good feedback and I can honestly say I was well prepared for my actual interview. The one area for improvement I would say is in a couple of the cases it didn't seem like the interviewer really cared who I was or wanted to know more about me. I understand the primary mission is to improve my interview but for the price I'm paying I would like to have seen more of an effort from the interviewers to make a connection before diving right into the business side of things and asking me questions. In one case in particular the interviewer got on, told me their name and basically just started asking me questions - it just felt a little terse. That feedback aside it was really helpful overall!

The interview prep was very helpful for identifying my strengths and weaknesses and giving me more ideas on how to answer MMI style questions. My interviewer was kind and attentive, and she gave helpful feedback.

Med school coach has been absolutely invaluable for my BSMD prep! My coach has so much experience, and always knows exactly what I should do to position myself for top schools, whether it be in terms of grades, extracurriculars, or summer plans. I only give it four stars because in my opinion many of their plans are too expensive for what the student receives.

Was extremely helpful in providing guidance towards planning my approach to applying, however did not provide any additionally assistance that a medical school advisor from college or university could provide.

The coaches were super helpful and pointed out some strategic ways to approach different questions as well as ways that interviewers might try to confuse you.

Dr. Katzen gave some very helpful feedback! It was constructive and he was also able to point out the strengths and weaknesses of what I was saying. In general, it was enjoyable and has prepared me for some of the tougher questions an interviewer may ask. It also helped me get into the mind of an interviewer and figure out exactly what they were looking for in a candidate like myself. The one thing I will point out is that the interview I was preparing for is mostly MMI questions, yet he only asked me traditional ones. I wish he could have slipped some MMI ones in there as I do not feel yet prepared for the MMI portion of the interview.

My reviewer was very helpful and provided a lot of constructive feedback. I was very nervous and they put me at ease. I would have liked a little more help coming up with ideas for answering the questions I got stuck on, but besides that I had a great experience.
