Misinformation for profit. If you don't care about the truth, or enjoy giving money to trolls, then this is the platform for you

medium is a sucky experience for readers especially compared to substack which has a lot more free options for reading. never going back to medium. it sucks.

They are robbing their writers. Fastly dying platform. Your account can easily get suspended and you cannot do anything.

Articles are behind a paywall. Creating an account does not give access to the article.

Medium contributes to the western censorship agenda. Any writings that contain opinions on topics such as Covid, Russia, Israel (among others) that doesn't conform to the running narrative will be removed. The Medium "Safety Team" may also suspend accounts depending on the perceived severity of these violations. If you are seeking a free speech platform to share your writings, I highly recommend Substack instead of Medium.
