EXCEPTIONAL customer service response to damage in shipment issue: KUDOS to Jinni who called me within 60 minutes of my email inquiry & addressed the issue right away. Very pleased with the offer to ship replacement product (even though it was result of shipper mishandling). Will order from the company again and recommend to fellow business owners!

My items arrived promptly with the…
My items arrived promptly with the exception that one of two in my last order was back-ordered. I did not get a notice that it would be delayed which alarmed me when I learned that one item was missing, as I had these items sent to another individual. However, when I called I was connected with someone quickly and informed that the one item was back-ordered. The company should notify the customer of back-orders, etc. so that the customer doesn't have to track it down. I appreciate the the discounted prices.
