I can’t get the darn thing open so I haven’t used it yet

I ordered product. It was shipped out however, it was shipped to the incorrect address halfway across the United States. I let them know and 2 days later I had my product in the mail box. I would say good customer service.

First time to order. Price was very competitive. It took a bit longer for delivery.

Good: The product was exactly as represented and came when expected. Bad: the way the ordering was presented I was required to give my payment for product BEFORE being told postage prices and options. Postage was ridiculously high but I was already locked into paying for it with Paypal ($16 for a very small lightweight package of 2 gel toe guards). I wanted to cancel it at that point but couldn't. Therefor I don't plan on ordering from you again, even though I like your product.

I was disappointed because unfortunately I thought I was ordering a pair for that price. I never would have ordered just one for that price, especially since shipping was so much. I realize it was my error not noticing it was one. I thought it was one set. Never thought anyone would order just one.

The price is great, but the cost of shipping is somewhat of a deterrent.

Decent overall, everything arrived fine and this would be 5 stars but it took a few days to ship even after paying for the highest $ expedited rate.
