The product was fine and as described, however it took over six weeks to receive.

I ordered this over 4 months ago, had no updates on what was going on.

I broke my shoulder and order this two days after per my doctor. It took almost 3 months to receive. I have no need for it now as I had to buy another one and to pay almost $25 for shipping was Ludacris very disappointed.

This was ordered for an immediate medical need 6/9/26. The order #MS2513412 cancelled two days later because we were able to procure another foam mattress for a lot less and timely. THIS FOAM MATTRESS IS OF COURSE NOT NEEDED. Please advise, for returning this asap. It is bulky and needs to be removed from recovering patients home.

Ordered in June delivered in September

I paid for 2 day expedited shipping and my item arrived 2 months later. At which point I absolutely had no use for the item. The company was not at all apologetic and when I requested my money back they hit me with their policies and procedures and how I would need to dish out money to return the item. So I am just donating the item but I will never do business with this company. And I advise others if you need something quickly this might not be company you do business with.

I ordered Freestyle test strips and the first order was excellent. Super fast delivery and the product was what I ordered. So I re ordered on July 13th. In August I followed up asking where product was. They said all shipments were not being processed due to technical issues. I asked to cancel the order and they said they did with refund coming in a couple of days. A month later and still no refund. I followed up again and what do you know, another technical problem. No refunds issued until after this is resolved. Thankfully my credit card company made it right. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered this part for my new physical therapy on my shoulder 2 1/2 months before I received the product. I called at least three times and left messages when no one answered. No one ever returned my calls as I inquired about the whereabouts of my purchase. On top of all that, the purchase is fairly flimsy, doesn’t work and I’m beyond needing it now after months ofphysical therapy. Thank you very much.
