I purchased a scale which weighs me erratically below and above my weight by sometimes over a pound. I have independent verification that that is in fact what's happening but I consulted the company many times before the 30 day return window ran out and they completely ignored my attempts to contact them. Then they told me after they finally responded that it was over 30 days. This is pure BS. They wait until the 30 days is up and then they contact you and tell you the 30 days is up

I purchased my item on 12/22/2024 and I still have not received my purchase. It was told to me that it was on it's way on 12/24/2024 and it still was not sent. Then I get an email that it was sent on 01/07/2025 and still my item is not delivered. I spoke with UPS and they stated Medical Source has not delivered the item them. I have received very poor service from Medical Source. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from them.

I ordered a high chair in anticipation of my hip replacement. Your company policy states a return policy for undamaged unused items. I contacted the email within 3 days of my order and wish to return the unopened item . your agent stated this item is a non stock item and may not be refundable. Nothing in your poliy states any thing about non stock items are not refundable He promised to get back to me but the time clock is tuocking to get theRMA within your timeliness

I still do not have the bed cane I need for my husband. Medical equipment is not a luxury but a requirement for those who need it. I have emailed your company and not received a response I checked with fed ex and it shows the barcode is unreadable and the item is sitting in New Jersey. It was supposed to arrive a week ago.

I requested “return info” several days ago and have received nothing.

Never got order , or a refund or an answer or explanation since august

The product was never delivered. Zero customer service. I had to stop payment through my bank.

I ordered since September 1st, I received a confirmation number and an estimate delivery of 4-5 days. One week later I emailed and called their number but they never replied back. 18 days later, I am still waiting for my order.
