Three weeks ago i paid $2.83 for a 1.25 oz. of Ecolab hand sanatizer from you. Now you want $9.00 for the same thing!!! Talk about price gouging!

Current comment: The below was posted when we had tried unsuccessfully to deal with the company. After it was posted - almost immediately - we were contacted and the product replacement was shipped. We have therefor updated this review. Too bad we had to do this to get satisfaction. Old: Poor customer service. My spouse ordered the below product from this company based on instruction from my doctor. We did not receive this product. When we contacted them, the indicated a 2-day contact "policy"; it was a stressful time as I was having medical issues (obviously since we had to order a medical product from this company), and the tracking info was lost in the midst of other serious issues. The company states on their web page – the one from which the product was ordered: “At MedicalMega.com we pride ourselves on providing unparalleled customer service”; the below is not only not “unparalleled customer service,” but seems to place all burden for receipt of the product on the customer or FedEx. The 2-day policy they outline is not stated anywhere on their website that I can find nor is it on the confirmation email received. Had they stated that clearly (or probably even at all) on the confirmation email, we would certainly have contacted them within that time. We receive many shipments at our door, and have not had the problem of non-delivery until we dealt with them. We will never order from them again.

I have been using Medical Mega for quite some time now and I am very happy with both the prices and service. A little more notice on upcoming holidays would be nice. Shipping, I always order "regular ground" and still only takes a few days to arrive. I usually order Mepilex 4x4's by the box but used to order singles when in a pinch for cash to get by. It seems they are no longer available in singles so I just try and plan a little better. The website was not able to process my order on one occaision and the CSR was very helpful, respectful and handled my order promptly when I had to call it in. On one occaision when they were out of the Mepilex, I ordered from another company to get by, the price was roughly 25% higher. So, I'll be sticking with Medical Mega as long as they stick with me and continue with the low prices and good service. Absolutely a "double thumbs up" from me!

Excellent prices, and you can order by single item rather than having to buy an entire case. Reasonable shipping rates; much cheaper than other medical supply companies. I am happy with their service and products.

I have been using another company for almost 3 years and I have not had a good experience when it comes to my ordering supplies. I really appreciate your fast and convenient service. I have an illeostomy and when supplies are 2 and 3 weeks late that is a real problem! Thank you for your great customer service
