I've ordered from you before. Current circumstances with COVID-19 mean that items are more expensive now than usual; however, it is what it is. At least you had the items I needed that were normally available per everyday shopping. Thank you.

Easy to order Prompt shipping & everything arrived in tack

I was impressed with Medical Mega. They have hard to find products and when I placed an order they shipped these products quickly. The items arrived in good condition. I was also impressed with how customer service quickly resolved a problem with one of my orders. I did not have to hold for an hour to speak to a human being and she (the customer service rep) quickly responded to my inquiry and shipped out the needed items expeditiously. All of this is very impressive during the COVID-19 crisis. In fact, the only negative experience I’ve had has been the process of writing this review. This is due to all of Trust Pilots “legalese.” When people are kind enough to leave a review it is insultingly inconvenient to have to read that much legal jargon in order to give recognition to the reviewed company.

They had what I needed and sent it promptly. What more could you want?
