Easy to deal with and fast delivery!

We accidentally entered the wrong shipping address. One phone call and the problem was solved, with an email to document the change. We will happily shop here again.

It took too long for order to arrive. When it finally arrived, the cardboard box that it was shipped in came soaking wet, and the box just pulled apart and the contents fell out. Even though the items sent were each wrapped in plastic, they all touched to dirty wet box. Handling the items shipped may not be too sanitary. I plan to remove each items from its plastic wrapping and then place each item into a clean ziploc bag. This is a bit of a mission, but there does not seem to be choice after calling customer service.

Normally, I would give you 5 stars, but his most recent order was shorted 2 items. I will say that this issue has been promptly addressed and I have been assured that the 2 missing items have been shipped. I would be willing to revise my review when they arrive.

I believe this is in reference to the masks I ordered. My eyelashes touch the plastic visor, the mouth fogs, and the entire mask does not conform to my face well, not flexible. I do like the idea

I ordered it and payed for it at that time. Product did not ship out for Another 6 days. Took 7 days in transit. I understand Covid 19 may have played in some part of this but not all.

So far the items I needed have always been in stock. The Company always says delivery will be at least seven days, but I have received my order within four days! Thank You Medical Mega!
