This company is absolutely STELLAR! I had a palm-sweating short time to get a project done for work. Where was I going to find custom-printed USB drives printed & in my hands in such a short time?? SameDayFlash to the rescue!!! The website order process was easy and intuitive; the choices for drives was wonderful; and the prices were great. But what was incredibly and indelibly most impressive was their customer service. It is truly superlative. I'll explain: Everything was going amazingly smooth-until I had a question that HAD to be answered-on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND...in the EVENING...on the LAST day I had to get the project ordered in time. With a VERY slim hope that someone might answer an email in time, I looked on the website for support options. There, listed in plain view for all to see, SameDayFlash offers the names & DIRECT phone numbers for two specific individuals to call if you have an immediate need. With the same limited expectation (considering the day & time), I dialed one of the numbers- AND THEY ANSWERED! This man greeted me with his complete and dedicated attention, and made every effort to meet my needs. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. At one point in the conversation he had to let me know he wasn't in the office at the moment (probably with his family for the holiday!)-but you would never had known. There was no irritation or sense he wanted to shorten the conversation. Afterwards, he kept in close communication, assuring my project's success. The order arrived in thoughtful, careful packaging and the product turned out great! Everyone loved them. Quality product and customer service.

You probably shouldn't tell anyone this, but my bulk printed CDs that I ordered first thing in the morning were actually shipped out that afternoon. I'm sure I just hit that machine at the right time with a small enough quantity.

My first purchase. They explained the process and helped me get the needed material to them and produced the DVDs rapidly. Got them and all was as promised.
