Max is a rockstar! It's great to get someone on the phone who can provide personalized service and knows their platform inside and out. We had a special-order need on short notice for an important reunion show for our band, and Max made it happen. We've been ordering merch / CDs for 25 years and this is the best service I've encountered. Definitely will be using them again.
